Once you have decided on the size of your cookies - cupcake and you know the dimensions of their surface, you can proceed to order the icing sheet from our online store by sending us your photo for printing.
Images are printed on edible icing sheets. Icing sheets comes with a support sheet underneath which you must remove before placing it on a cup cake or any other application. Icing sheet should remain sealed in its packaging until you use it. No need to put it in the fridge or freezer! Just keep it at room temperature in a shady place. The shelf life of icing sheet is about 12 months. When you open the package and icing sheet is frozen (eg low temperature in winter) then leave it for a while at room temperature to soften before use. Cold icing sheets are more fragile and there is a risk of spoiling.
Make sure your hands are clean and dry before handling icing sheets. Carefully cut with scissors the images you want to place on the cup cakes or cookies and carefully separate the support sheets from the sugar paste by pulling them gently. After separating icing sheets from the backing sheet, you can place them on cup cakes or cookies, "sticking" them with melted chocolate, either white or dark. Alternatively, you can "stick" them with pastry glu. Let them "pull" for a while and after about 30 minutes they are ready to serve !
