All edible prints on our shop are not prefabricated and they are starting to prepared after customer has made their order .

Our prices are in euros and include VAT.
Payment for the order can be made with Paypal, credit - debit card, bank deposit .
All overseas orders are required to be paid either by credit card (Visa, MasterCard), Paypal or by wire transfer before the start of the shipping process.

Customers from some countries will have to submit the payment for their order by wire transfer.
Shipments and returns

The shipping cost is calculated automatically upon completion of the order, based on the destination, weight and volume of the package.
Orders placed by 14:00 are shipped the same day if the products are immediately available
Generally there are no delays in the delivery of orders, but if this happens our company can not know and is not responsible for possible delays in the delivery of products by courier due to weather conditions or volume of orders. Product returns can be made in consultation with the sales department.

Procedure for authorizing the return of products:

3. You will receive the approval number within 2 working days.
4. After receiving the approval number, the products are packaged and you send them to us by courier. Once we receive the products within 2 working days, the credit is credited to your account.
Conditions

- The return request must have been made within 14 days from the date of receipt.
- Edible products for hygiene reasons can not be returned, unless it is an error due to our company. In this case, our company also bears the return costs.
