If you place your order from an EU country, you do not have to pay any additional duties or additional taxes as long as your country belongs to the Eurozone.

IF you are professional in EU on check out , with entering your vat number , you can have a billing directly without tax .

In general, everyone uses what suits them. However, most people choose icing sheet because the result of the printing is much better, the colors are more intense and the icing sheet is more integrated on the cake. However, if the Icing sheet is placed on whipped cream that has enough moisture, it may become "moist" and the colors may change if left for more than 30 minutes to  2 hours . That is why it is recommended that the icing sheet be placed just before the cake is cut. To extend the strength of the icing sheet, we can put buttercream or chocolate between the icing sheet and the whipped cream so as to reduce the possibility of moisture appearing in the photo.

The same applies to the wafer sheet regarding moisture, with the difference, however, that the wafer sheet has a greater resistance to moisture than Icing sheet  which is why some people prefer it over icing sheet.

All our products are suitable for vegan - vegeterian and free from the following allergens: - gluten, lactose, nuts, eggs.

Orders placed by 13:00 usualy are shipped the same day (except Sunday). For Athens and Crete you have the next working day and for the rest of the areas in Greece you have it in 2 working days unless for someone there is a delay in terms of courier such as: heavy workload, severe weather, strikes etc. For this reason it will be good for the orders to be registered in time.

Orders placed on Friday are delivered on Monday for Athens and Crete and for the rest of Greece are delivered on Tuesday (unless there is a public holiday, when delivery takes place the next business day). in case you wish the delivery to be done on Saturday you should contact us.

Icing and wafer sheets are placed on chocolate, whipped cream, cream and any other confectionery material, applying it on the cake without any special handling.

This depends on many factors. What may affect  colors and the edible sheet is the humidity. So the less moisture our cake and the fridge have, the less the colors will be affected. To be sure that you will have the desired result, it is better to put the edible sheet on the cake 1-2 hours before serving. It would also be good not to put it in a box when it enters the refrigerator, due to possible accumulation of moisture.

Idea! : If you want to place icing sheet on your cake even one day before serving, apply another sugar paste on your cake and then put the icing sheet on the previous sugar paste. This way icing sheet will not come in contact with cream of cake, as a result of which it will absorb much less moisture and will last much longer !

Inks we use in edible prints are edible and have the necessary certification.

You can "stick" them with melted chocolate, either white or black or with pastry glue.

Of course, you can choose any size you want, as long as you fill in the dimensions you want on the form and these dimensions are not larger than the edible sheet you choose. That is, A4 (20x26cm) or A3(30x36cm).
